Andrew has a BA in Communications and Journalism, Radio-TV-Film. He has been a member of the Harrisburg Camera Club since 1986. The Pennsylvania State Museum and the Susquehanna Art Museum have his images in their permanent collections. Andrew has been judging and critiquing photography competitions since 2002.
