“The Small Scene” judging and critiques by Jonathan Vaines of the UK from among Class A & B images in the Nature and Pictorial Categories.
Jonathan has been the Regional Organizer for the Royal Photographic Society for five years and is the Judges’ Secretary for the East Anglian Federation of Photographic Societies in Great Britain. He spent time going through each image explaining his thought process for the score he assigned to the image. At the end of the contest, he took several images and showed how they may have been improved through post-processing.
