Rick Shay and Kim Sweimler will conduct a Headshot Workshop on Saturday, June 10, 2023 from 10 AM to 2 PM in BPS Suite 326 at the GoggleWorks. This is an in-person event only (event will not be available via Zoom). This will be a free session, limited to dues-current BPS members only. An RSVP to Kim Sweimler at kim.sweimler@berksphotographic.com is required if you plan to attend the event. There will be a presentation covering Patterns of Light, Light Modifications, Types of Lighting, Controlling the Lighting, and a review of the variety of available hardware for successfully capturing headshots. Following the presentation there will be a hands-on demonstration of the techniques and hardware covered in the presentation as well as an opportunity for participants to practice the techniques. If you plan on participating in the hands-on portion of the workshop, make sure to bring along your camera.
