Or have you had one you just don’t know how to use? \nThis two part series of digital photography workshops will help you become a better photographer! \nIn the two part series we will be covering all aspects of digital photography\, from the basics to editing and how to share pictures with friends and family! \nPlease bring your camera\, your camera manual if available\, and questions\, to each class. DESCRIPTION:Henry Rowan will be speaking to our group on Monday\, February 3 at 7:30. Henry is an award-winning professional photographer and is the founder and Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Center for Photography (PCP) in Doylestown PA. The PCP promotes the photographic experience by providing a nurturing environment and resources where photographers can create\, discuss and show their work. Several BPS members have been selected to participate in juried shows at PCP over the last few years. Henry has also been very supportive of BPS by promoting our activities.  \n  \nHenry will speak on “Cognitive Composition”. This talk is not to be missed as there is literally none better out there. Members who were fortunate enough to have heard Henry speak at the BPS Annual Conference a few years ago will know how true this statement truly is. The concepts discussed by Henry will set the stage for a wonderful year of photography. DESCRIPTION:It’s wonderful to trek out into the woods\, fields\, and parks to photograph birds\, but there are also birds nearby\, right in your own neighborhood. Maybe it is not possible for you to go in search of birds\, the weather may be bad\, you may be unable to walk long distances or sit in the cold\, or you just might like the comfort of your own home! The goal of this presentation is to give you some ideas and tools you can use to make interesting and pleasing images of the birds that are right in your own backyard. We’ll talk about planning ahead\, settings and lenses\, making the shot\, post processing\, bird identification\, and the most important ingredient: patience!
